There was so much that went on during Spring Break, that we need to let you know about!  Our elementary began their spring break early while most of the Junior/Senior High competed at the MAACS Regional Fine Arts Competition in Iowa.  We had a great trip, and several placed in their categories:
For Junior High -

For Senior High -

In the Senior high level, the highest places in the state of Kansas are eligible to travel to Bob Jones University to compete on a National level, April 9 - 12th.  We are so excited to let you know that we will be sending our Bible Quiz Team, Choric Speaking Team, and a Humorous Interpretation Speech, as well as 7 art pieces down to BJU next week!  We covet your prayers for our students as they continue to study and prepare for their trip!

Tuesday - Tomorrow we head back to school!  Please make sure your student is on time!  (8:15am!!)

Wednesday - We will be having our monthly fundraiser meal - this time at Pizzeria Locale, 505 W. 75th St., KC,MO from 4:00 - 10:00pm.  Please mention that you are there to support Shawnee Mission Christian School!  We will receive 50% of the purchases during those hours.  Take out is also available.
